Scope & proposal

Everything gets documented - scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. You'll know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.

Build & Test

Scope approved. Now we build - with full transparency, structured milestones, and no surprises hiding in the final invoice.

Development

Your platform is built on a dedicated staging environment so you can review real, working software at every milestone - not mockups, not screenshots.

We work in focused sprints, ship incrementally, and keep you informed. If something changes, you hear about it immediately.

Internal QA & client testing

Every build goes through a rigorous internal QA pass - cross-browser, cross-device, edge cases included. Only then does it go to you.

We ask you to try to break it. Your users will - better we find it first. This is where you validate the business logic and sign off on the final product.

Security review

Before anything goes to production, every build goes through a structured security review - authentication flows, input validation, data exposure, dependency vulnerabilities, and access controls.

For regulated platforms this isn't optional. For everything else, it's just how we work.

Launch

Launch day is not a moment of hope - it's a controlled, rehearsed deployment to a production environment we've already stress-tested.

Production deployment

We handle the full deployment - infrastructure, DNS, SSL, caching, and final production checks. Nothing gets promoted to live until it passes our pre-launch checklist.

For platforms handling real transactions or user data, we coordinate launch windows to minimise exposure and have rollback plans ready if anything unexpected surfaces.
