Is it really faster since I already have a working prototype?

Yes. The slowest, most expensive part of custom software isn't writing code - it's figuring out what to build and proving people actually want it. A working prototype has already done that.

We rebuild around your validated flows and screens instead of starting from a blank page, which is why this is faster and cheaper than a ground-up custom build. You still get a proper scoping process, but a meaningful chunk of the discovery work is already done.

Which AI tools have you rebuilt from?

Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit Agent, Claude, and others. The specific tool doesn't change our approach much - what matters is what it produced: the data model, the user flows, and the screens you've already validated with real users.

If your prototype was built somewhere else entirely, that's fine too. Bring it to a discovery call and we'll tell you honestly what's reusable.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. This service is built for founders who aren't developers. You don't need to understand the codebase your AI tool generated - we review it, tell you honestly what's solid and what isn't, and handle the rebuild.

You'll still be closely involved in discovery and review, because you know the product better than anyone. You just won't be expected to read or write code.

What happens to my existing prototype?

It becomes the reference for what to keep. We audit it first - the data model, the user flows, the screens - and use that to inform the rebuild rather than throwing it away and starting fresh.

Some parts (usually the front-end flows and UX decisions) carry across almost directly. Other parts (auth, data storage, security, anything the AI tool approximated) get rebuilt properly on Laravel.

How much does this cost?

It depends on scope, but rebuilding a validated prototype is typically cheaper than a from-scratch custom build of the same product, because a meaningful part of the discovery and design work is already done.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted as a fixed price before any work begins. A discovery call gives you a real number based on your specific prototype, not a generic estimate.

How long does it take?

Shorter than a comparable from-scratch build, because the product decisions - what it does, who it's for, how it should flow - are already made. Exact timelines depend on scope and are agreed during discovery, the same as any other engagement.
